About Digital Daughter

Patient technology help for seniors and families.

Kayla, founder of Digital Daughter

Hi, I'm Kayla.

I've worked in tech for years, and a lot of my background is in figuring out why something is not working, testing the fix, and explaining it clearly.

I started Digital Daughter because I know how frustrating everyday technology can feel, especially when a phone changes settings, a password will not work, a printer stops connecting, or a suspicious message shows up.

I wanted to create the kind of help I would want for my own family: patient, practical, and calm. Digital Daughter is a woman-owned local service for the Denver metro area, and I can come to you or meet nearby at a public place.

A calmer kind of tech support

My tech background helps me troubleshoot carefully instead of guessing. I look at what is happening, check the settings or account issue, fix what I can, and make sure the person I am helping understands the next step before I move on.

Many visits are for everyday problems: a phone that changed settings, a printer that stopped connecting, an email account asking for a password, photos that feel impossible to find, or a suspicious text that feels scary.

Adult children can also help schedule support for a parent. Visits are paced slowly, and steps can be written down so they are easier to remember later.

No judgment

There are no silly questions. The goal is to make the device easier to use.

Plain-English help

Steps are explained slowly and can be written down for later.

Local and flexible

Support can happen at home, nearby, or through a short check-in call.
