How it helps

Questions

Before you sign up

Can I set this up for my parent?

Yes. Most members are adult children. You handle sign-up and billing; we become your parent's go-to tech person.

My parents aren't in Denver. Can you still help?

Yes. Memberships are remote and work anywhere in the U.S. In-person visits are Denver-only, at a member rate.

Will you reset passwords or log into their accounts?

No, and that's on purpose. For your parent's security, we never ask for passwords or log into bank, email, or other accounts ourselves. Instead, we walk them through it step by step and leave a simple written guide so they can do it safely on their own.

What can you actually help with?

Phones, tablets, computers, Wi-Fi, printers, smart TVs, email, photos, video calls, online orders, and spotting scams. If it has a screen or a plug, we can probably help.

How does the help actually happen?

By phone, video, or text, whenever something comes up. Your parent gets two help sessions a month plus quick questions in between. Near Denver, we can also visit in person.

Will my parent feel talked down to?

No. Every call is patient and judgment-free, and we explain things in plain English, at their pace.

What if my parent won't remember, or doesn't want to learn?

Both are completely normal, and we work with either. Some parents want to understand how things work, and we teach them slowly at their own pace. Others would rather just have it handled and be able to ask again next time without feeling silly, and that is just as welcome. If they forget and ask the same thing again, we simply walk them through it again, kindly, with no sighing and no "I already showed you this."

How do I cancel?

It's month-to-month with no contract. Cancel anytime, and you can always reach us at (720) 722-5883.
