How it works
Start the membership online or over the phone. You set it up, so your parent doesn't have to.

We go at your parent's pace, never rush, and never make them feel silly. Steps get written down so they can do it themselves next time.
Questions
Yes. Most members are adult children. You handle sign-up and billing; we become your parent's go-to tech person.
Yes. Memberships are remote and work anywhere in the U.S. In-person visits are Denver-only, at a member rate.
No, and that's on purpose. For your parent's security, we never ask for passwords or log into bank, email, or other accounts ourselves. Instead, we walk them through it step by step and leave a simple written guide so they can do it safely on their own.
Phones, tablets, computers, Wi-Fi, printers, smart TVs, email, photos, video calls, online orders, and spotting scams. If it has a screen or a plug, we can probably help.
By phone, video, or text, whenever something comes up. Your parent gets two help sessions a month plus quick questions in between. Near Denver, we can also visit in person.
No. Every call is patient and judgment-free, and we explain things in plain English, at their pace.
Both are completely normal, and we work with either. Some parents want to understand how things work, and we teach them slowly at their own pace. Others would rather just have it handled and be able to ask again next time without feeling silly, and that is just as welcome. If they forget and ask the same thing again, we simply walk them through it again, kindly, with no sighing and no "I already showed you this."
