Tech Check-In Plan
$39/month for one 20-minute check-in call, plus up to four quick questions by text or phone. Good for small things before they become frustrating. Home visits are still billed separately.

Visits start with the most important problem first. If the issue is quick, we keep it focused. If there are several devices or accounts to review, we can keep going in half-hour blocks so there are no surprise fees.
The Tech Check-In Plan is best for small follow-up questions, reminders, or help deciding whether something needs an in-person visit.
